From selling homes to transforming them

After 21 wonderful years in real estate, I decided to take on a more active role in transforming spaces. I’d spent two decades watching what makes a house sell — and what makes a home work for the people in it.

Now I help homeowners create their dream homes, give builders a simple package for selections, and build easy design scopes for flip properties. All of it starts with my favorite thing: cabinets.

Liz Giddens, founder of Giddens Interiors in Savannah, Georgia.

Twenty-one years in real estate before turning to design full-time. That background means I know which choices add value to a home and which just add cost — useful whether you're staying for thirty years or flipping in six months.

How we work together

01

We walk the space

I want to see how you actually use the room before we talk about how it should look. Where things pile up, what never gets used, which cabinet you open twenty times a day.

02

We plan the storage first

Cabinets create space so everything has a place. Layout and storage come before finishes, because a beautiful kitchen that doesn’t work is just an expensive kitchen.

03

We choose finishes together

Flooring, lighting, plumbing, hardware, textiles. I bring options that fit the budget and the house, and we narrow them down until the selections are done.

04

I manage the details

Orders, schedules, and the hundred small decisions that come up mid-project. You get a home that works. I handle the rest.

What Our Customers Say

Liz transformed our entire home — kitchen, four bathrooms, laundry room and butler’s pantry — with incredible attention to detail and thoughtful design. The quality of her cabinetry is matched only by the care she puts into every design decision.

Liz relates to the different needs of the family in terms of aesthetics, function, and practicality. It was a great experience. I’ll be asking for her time and talent in the near future for a bathroom project. Truly a pleasure every time!
